After graduating from Black Hawk College, Brock worked for and apprenticed under such trainers as Jeff Greaves, Gil Galyean, David Dellin, Steve & Carol Metcalf, Stefano Calcagnini, Jordan Larson, and Ben Gerst for about eight years combined education, work experience/apprenticeships.

He learned extensive knowledge in starting the young horse for futurity events and creating a quality show horse.

After attending Blackhawk College Lauren Interned for B&B and later signed on full-time as the assistant trainer Lauren's day-to-day responsibilities include general care and management of all horses. on the property, supervising other employees, Grooming, and saddling, and exercising show horses. In the future, Lauren wants to open her own business specializing in cow horse, reining, and ranch horse events.
